Soul Care Ministry Recruitment for Soul Care Ministers
3 John 2 “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.”
The Soul is defined as your Mind, Will, Emotions and Intellect. The purpose of this ministry is to provide guidance to individuals, couples, and families who are seeking healing and restoration for their lives more than just one time.
In looking through the bible, we see verses like “admonish one another” “bear one another’s burdens” “build up one another” “care for one another” “comfort one another” “confess faults to one another” “encourage one another” “spur one another on” etc. God is calling some to come along side other to do this.
All guidance will align with Biblical Truths. We believe that people can be healed, strengthened, and encouraged as they grow in their understanding of the Gospel and in their relationship with Christ.
We believe in loving people by taking the time to understand them; helping them interpret their life situations through the truth of Scripture; confronting if necessary, with God’s framework; and challenging them to engage in a life-transforming renewal of their minds (Romans 12:1-2).
This ministry seeks to provide a place where the Good News body can have access to receive guidance in reaching wholeness. Our goal is to bring people to real transformation in Jesus Christ.
Qualities for a Soul Care Minister:
